Black Youth Justice Service

Black Youth Justice

Tropicana’s Black Youth Justice service is a comprehensive initiative designed to support Black, African, and Caribbean youth navigating the justice system by addressing systemic barriers, promoting equity, and fostering positive development through culturally sensitive services.

This free program aims to empower Black, African, and Caribbean youth, reduce recidivism, address the over-representation of Black youth in the justice system, promote equity, and strengthen community connections by providing individualized case management, culturally relevant counselling, family and community engagement, and collaboration with justice system stakeholders.

Through structured activities, restorative justice, life skills workshops, and case conferences, we help Black, African, and Caribbean youth build confidence, cultural pride, and skills that last.
