Timeless Treasures
Timeless Treasures is Tropicana Community Services’ program for seniors, created with a special focus on celebrating and supporting Black seniors and their communities across Scarborough. The program blends connection, wellness, learning, and culture into a welcoming space for older adults to gather, grow, and thrive together.
Mornings (10am–12pm) feature structured workshops; arts and crafts, physical fitness, and cyber/digital safety running Tuesday through Thursday, with slightly different offerings at each location.
Afternoons are open drop-in time at both locations, with a rotating weekly theme:
- Tuesdays – Games
- Wednesdays – Guest Speakers
- Thursdays – Music & Intergenerational Programs
Whether you’re joining for a morning workshop, an afternoon drop-in, or both, Timeless Treasures is designed to be a space where seniors feel seen, valued, and connected.
