Better Jobs Ontario
This program supports individuals who have been laid off and are struggling to find employment through training and financial support.

Early Childhood Education—Tropicana Black Fast-Track
This program is for individuals 19 years or older and looking for a career in the childcare industry. The Early Childhood Education (ECE) Tropicana Black Fast-Track program is a fully funded cohort of the Centennial College ECE diploma, which is open to Black learners from the Greater Toronto Area. It is run in partnership with Centennial College and Tropicana Community Services.

Integrated Employment Services (IES)
This program is part of Ontario’s new model for delivering employment services. It brings together job seekers, employers, and community services to better meet your needs—especially if you’re facing barriers to employment.

We actively seek out employment opportunities for our clients and showcase them on our job board, so you have as many opportunities and options as possible.

netWORKS
For individuals ages 18 to 29, who are interested in meeting professionals and career mentors across different industries and disciplines.

Persons with Disabilities Employment Support Program
This program is for individuals 18 years or older who have a disability, this program will help you find or maintain employment, explore self-employment, or make career advancements through work experience, coaching and more.

Preparation for Integrated Employment Services
Get ready for the workplace. This program is for individuals aged 18 to 29 looking to launch their career or who haven’t worked in the last six months.

Self-Directed Job Search
This program allows registered clients (ages 15 and older), to independently search for a job in our employment centre’s resource & information area, during our business hours. Clients can look for work on their own with the benefit of: internet access, career planning tools, tip sheets on job search strategies, networking, résumés, cover letters, interview practice, and a helpful job search package to assist you with job leads.

Canada-Ontario Job Grant
This program was created to help employers train employees, create jobs, enhance job quality, and provide advancement opportunities by aiding in the associated costs.
